David FINALLY moved into his/our apartment yesterday! He has been waiting for this day for awhile now and if you were around him in the past month or if you were friends with him on Facebook or followed him on Twitter you sure knew he was moving in and was ready to move in. It finally happened. We have our first home! I won't be moving in until after the wedding so it's not really my home, I'm not paying for anything yet. :)
I can't speak for him but when I was helping to decide where things would go and looking around the small but cozy and very homey apartment I knew that I was home. It was a weird feeling since I won't be living there for another 7 months and I have a home with Molly at school. But I knew that this was our place and we were in the right place.
It has taken us sometime to find where God wanted us to live. We went to visit Asbury Seminary with two of our good friends in October. We thought maybe Seminary was in the cards for both of us. We liked the campus and the married housing was beautiful! But after getting back we knew that wasn't our home. We then began looking around the Winfield area there were a few cute houses for rent and a few apartments but again nothing said home. Then this place came up for rent. We jumped on it. It is the right price range, the right amount of house, the right everything.

Everything looks a little bare still. Not many dishes, no pictures quite yet, and it still needs a little more girly touch. I'll try posting some pictures of it so you can see a little of what it looks like. I'm looking forward to moving more things in and eventually moving my stuff in! I love this place and can't wait to start my life here with David.
